Dr. Jared L. Roscoe, DC, IMD

Clinic Director/ Chief Innovations Officer

Dr. Roscoe has been seeing patients since 2011, and has practiced on the Gulf coast of Florida since 2013. He holds two board certifications, one as a board certified expert in Integrative Medicine, and his second as a board Certified Lyme Specialist. He earned his first doctoral degree through Palmer Florida, where he was the first to graduate from that campus with the coveted Research Honors award for meritorious research scholarship in recognition of his contribution to the field of medical research. He also attended IUHS School of Medicine for his Medical training (MD), where he is completing his second Doctoral degree in Western Medicine.
An expert in alternative and integrative Medicine, Dr. Roscoe has worked in our nation's capital at our flagship hospital for our active duty military, Ft. Belvoir and Walter Reed-Bethesda, where he was selected from a national candidate pool. Accordingly, Dr. Roscoe had the unique distinction of being the personal Doctor to members of the president's cabinet during his tenure there. Dr. Roscoe has also practiced abroad donating his time in the Caribbean on multiple islands, and in India in the Andhra Pradesh region, as he also was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humanitarian Services Diploma from the World organization of Natural Medicine for his dedication to others and his humanitarian efforts.
In 2018 Dr. Roscoe founded the New Era Medical Center for Integrative and Regenerative Medicine, where the finest therapies from the world over have been arranged and brought together to offer truly world class healthcare. Now a world class destination healthcare center, Dr. Roscoe is the Executive director and chief innovations officer, constantly researching the most cutting edge therapies and leading the field in integrative healthcare.

Dr. Ricky Lockett, DO

Medical Director

Dr. Ricky Lockett is a leading orthopedic injury and pain management specialist in Florida. With a robust background in osteopathic medicine and physical therapy, he brings a unique expertise in diagnosing and treating chronic and acute pain conditions. His approach, grounded in physical medicine and rehabilitation, is designed to enhance his patients' quality of life using the latest advancements in medical technology.
As a passionate advocate for integrative and alternative therapies, Dr. Lockett is dedicated to pioneering new approaches that address the root causes of pain and improve overall wellness. He is also deeply involved in navigating the evolving landscape of pain management laws in Florida, actively working to ensure that patients with chronic conditions continue to receive the care they need.
Dr. Lockett earned his physical therapy degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Public Health, and is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. A published author, his book, *Dr. Lockett’s Guide to Posture and Exercise*, is available on Amazon and complements his patented invention, the Corex Stabilizer, which promotes better posture and core strength. Since 1991, his practice, Orthopedic Injury Management, has been serving the Tampa Bay community.
